Governance

Leadership & Governance

The Singapore board and executive team responsible for guiding La Familia Simón Foundation's Asia-Pacific regional office.

Board formation in progress

Governance structure

As La Familia Simón Foundation Singapore is formally established, a local board of directors and executive leadership team will be constituted to provide oversight, accountability, and strategic direction — working in coordination with the parent foundation in the United States.

To keep governance strong as this office grows, oversight (the Board) and daily administration (the Executive team) are kept separate — the Board President is independent from the Chief Chaplain & Executive Director, who is responsible for executing the Board's decisions.
